Location: In the red room behind the twins in the opening scene of the game.

Location: Complete the checkpoint race at the Hospital. Once the race is complete drive around the right side of the hospital and enter the previously fenced off basketball court. Shoot the bird’s nest in the tree just outside the court and then pick up the card.

Look at trading card No. 52 [Polly Oxford], Look at Coverage photo No. 3 Nature #3, Watch the video no. 35 [Epilogue] on the TV, Play song #14 [Miss Stillettos Heels Full Version] on the Jukebox.
You should hear a chime indicating the door is open. Enter and continue entering the doors with the white bush in front until you meet York. Talk to York and receive the card.
