As this chapter opens we have control of a young York chasing his father through a forest. No matter how hard he runs though he can’t catch up and his Dad continues to walk further and further away from him like a dick.
Keep an eye out for [Trading Card No. 27 Brian Xander Morgan] on the left side of the path as you run after the father.
Eventually the young York loses complete sight of his father and begins to cry but luckily Emily and Willie appear and comfort the little guy.
The scene shifts and an adult York opens his eyes into another dream world. He’s standing in the red room with the mysterious twin angels and the three Greenvale murder victims: Anna, Becky, and Diane. The three women whisper something amusing to one another and Diane stares wide eyed at a small Kaysen doll in her hands…which is an odd sight to say the least.
The twin angels tell York that the person he’s been waiting for will be here soon. Above the sky is filled by a large upside down peace mark, the familiar calling card of the killer, and to drive the point home that York will encounter the murder soon a nearby tree cracks and spills copious amounts of blood.
Man York’s dreams continue to grow more and more bizarre in each new chapter.
When York wakes he’s blindfolded and tied to a chair in a small dark room. He’s undisturbed by this current predicament though and discusses the his latest dreams with Zach finally admitting that he cares for Emily a great deal. Given that they won’t be going anywhere any time soon York decides that it is the perfect time to discuss Zach’s feelings on the subject as well.

While York and Zach have a heart to heart in God knows where George, Emily, and Kaysen have discovered the secret S & M dungeon under the Galaxy of Terror. York has been M.I.A for the last few hours and Emily and George are trying there best track down his whereabouts. Luckily Kaysen saw York enter the bar last night and lead Emily and George here to begin their search.
Emily immediately finds one of York’s cigarette butts near the leather lingerie wearing mannequin and it just so happens that Willie can track York’s scent from it. Emily and Kaysen decide to follow York’s trail via Willie while George stays behind to look for more information within the dungeon.
Like Anna did in the previous chapter Willie takes a circuitous route to to York’s location within the Greenvale Community Center clock tower. During this chase sequence Emily and Kaysen will stop and chat several times along the route to discuss dogs, Nick, and Polly which I’ve marked on the map to the right. After each stop the scene will shift back to York and Zach’s heart to heart about Emily and later his conversations with Thomas.
It begins to rain heavily once Emily and the others reach the Community Center. Emily attempts to alert George that they’ve reached York’s location but is unable to get response. Since there’s no times to lose Emily decides enter the clock tower alone and steps into what York has been experiencing all over Greenvale for-fucking-ever an Other World filled with Shadows!
Meanwhile at the top of the tower Thomas returns to York to say goodbye since Emily has now arrived on the scene. York tries to persuade Thomas to let him go before it’s too late but it’s to no avail. As Thomas leaves he says that York’s fate is up to the next person who opens the door…let’s hope it is Emily!

Unfortunately now that Emily can actually see the Shadows it means she has to deal with a slew of them to get to York. Luckily she’s packing a [9mm Sheriff Custom Handgun] that’s actually more powerful than York’s FBI handgun so this won’t be too hard! (After York is rescued he even adds this gun to his inventory!)
Climb the fifteen or so flights of stairs dodging/killing Shadows along the way until you reach the level with both a phone to save and a bed to sleep on. Stock up on [First Aid Kit (Mediums)] that infinitely re-spawn on the shelf then exit the room through door at the top of the stairs. Head through another door and finally come face to face with Thomas.
Emily demands to know where York is but the mentally unstable Thomas only wants to discuss his feelings for his “Lovely G” instead. Thomas is extremely distraught that “G” only has eyes for Emily and decides it’s time for him to eliminate the competition.
There’s no talking Thomas down now…it’s time for the first boss fight of the game.
This boss battle isn’t too difficult, simply shoot Thomas and dodge one of his three attack styles whenever prompted:
You’ll have the most luck hitting Thomas while he’s standing on the gears closest to Emily, but it is possible to hit him when he’s standing anywhere. Unfortunately, targeting him while he’s on the gears is useless so you’ll have to make the shots by sight alone.
The best moment to get in a lot of shots in is when Thomas stands on that large hooked chain! Listen for the horn and be prepared to lock on when he starts swinging towards you. Complete all the button prompt to dodge the swing and then target him again while he’s stationary and rising to the ceiling.
Once Thomas has taken enough damage Emily will attempt to talk him down but to no avail. Thomas pulls out a knife rushes toward Emily but is stopped when Willie latches on to his arm. Thomas inadvertently stabs himself in the chest trying to shoo the dog away and stumbles forward falling face first onto an exposed hook.

Unfazed by Thomas’ sudden demise Willie runs up the stairs and frees York from his bonds and we regain control of our favorite FBI agent once more. Before leaving the room to reunite with Emily be sure to pick up the [First Aid Kit (Large)] off the bed. (There’s also a phone available if you need to save)
Upon reaching the others York immediately asks if the killer has been caught which Emily replies that she had to shoot Thomas in self defense. York reminds Emily that even though Thomas was deep in the murder conspiracy he isn’t the actual killer as he had rock solid alibis for all three of the murders and clearly doesn’t have a peace symbol on his back.
Telling Emily to be strong York reveals that the killer none other than “Love G” himself… GEORGE WOODMAN.
That’s right folks, the man who was supposed to serve and protect Greenvale has been it’s boogie man all along. The pieces had clicked into place for York once saw the pictures in the secret room beneath Carol’s bar. Even though George may not have a tattoo he does have a pattern of scars from his mother’s abuse on his back.
Emily is shocked but is ready to perform her duty as Deputy Sheriff and arrest her boss so when George radios asking for an update Emily pretends not know his secret and agrees to meet him with York back at the Sheriff Department.
It’s time finally bring this murder case to a close.

York, Emily, and Kaysen pull up to the Greenvale Sheriff Department in a patrol car. York jumps out to take the front entrance and asks Emily to secure the back and orders Kaysen to stay out front… much to salesman’s disappointment.
Inside the station has been invaded by the Other World. York attempts to profile but finds he needs to locate two clues before the current situation will become clear.
From the entrance head down the the hall to the right and enter the first door on the left into the Office Room. Inside Anna runs into George’s office when York enters the room. Pick up the [Crackers] off the corner of the desk then follow her lead into the back office.
In George’s office there’s a phone, toolbox, and a suitcase if you need to grab any items, change your suit, or save your game. Observe the red sparkles by George’s desk to pick up [Clue #1: Key for Hidden Room] hidden inside one of the large trophies.
With this first clue in hand two Shadows will appear back in the main office. Kill both Shadows and pick up the [Key for Cell No. 01] then exit the room, make a left down the main hall, and enter the large conference room through the door on the right.
Pick up a cup of [Coffee (Black)] off the table then dispose of the four Shadows in the room. One of the Shadows standing near the whiteboard will drop [Key for Cell No. 04] once it is killed.
Exit the conference room, head back down the main hall, and pass the main entrance. Kill any Shadows that appear until one drops a [Key for Cell No. 03].
Enter the Locker Room through the first door on the left and dispose of the two Shadows lurking inside and pick up the [Key for Cell No. 02] dropped by the Shadow by the workout bench. Open the nearby locker and grab a [Stabilizer] and a [Can of Pickles] from the corner left of the exit.
Cross the hall and enter the Materials Room. Grab another [Coffee (Black)] off the table to the right then head to the back of the room and open the left-most filing cabinet. Kill the Shadow hiding inside and pick up the [Key for Cell No. 06] that drops.
Enter the Storage Room directly across the hall and as if to hammer the point home that George is our killer the room is full of red raincoats! Pick up the [First Aid Kit (Medium)] off a shelf to the left then head to the back of the room to grab the [Shovel] leaning under the window and the [Turkey Sandwich] off the table. Exit the room and head down the stairs into the holding cells below.
The cells aren’t physically numbered but if you observe each one York will state that there’s a number on the door. Cells No. 01 -03 are on the left while Cells No. 04 – 06 are on the right. Anna waits inside a locked Cell No. 05 and you can find the key inside Cell No. 06. Kill the Shadow inside and it will drop the [Key for Cell No. 05] but before you unlock the cell with Anna be sure to use all the other keys you found upstairs to pick up some useful items:
Cell No. 01 – Contains a [Can of Tomato Sauce] on the toilet.
Cell No. 02 – Contains a box of [.357 Magnum Bullets] and [10mm Auto Bullets] inside some wooden boxes.
Cell No. 03 – Contains a [First Aid Kit (Medium)] on the toilet
Cell No. 04 – Contains a box of [Stabilizers] on the toilet.
Once York unlocks Cell No. 05 Anna immediately disappears through the door in the back of the cell. You may remember that in the normal version of the department this same door was poorly hidden by a mattress. Save your game using the phone inside the cell then push open the “secret” door. Head down the staircase and enter into a small ritual room surrounded by trees and dress mannequins.
Destroy the mannequins and small boxes scattered throughout the room to pick up some [Agent Honor (Blue)], two [First Aid Kits (Small)], [5.56mm x 45 Bullets], [.375 Magnum Bullets], and [10mm Auto Bullets]. Once these items are collected head onto the wooden platform with the dead dog and grab the [Agent Honor (Red)].
Stepping onto the platform triggers five Shadows to appear around the perimeter of the room. Dispose of all the Shadows and pick up [Clue #2: Carol’s Ear Rings] off the floor. With this last clue in hand York profiles the scene and sees that George had dragged an unwilling Carol down into this secret room and brutally stabbed her.
When York opens his eyes a bloodied but still breathing Carol is standing in middle of the room calmly brushing her hair. Emily enters the room moments later and spots that an upside down peace mark has been drawn on the ceiling with Carol’s blood.
The singer falls to the floor and Emily rushes to her side. When Carol asks about her brother Emily admits to that she had to shoot Thomas in self defense. Carol reveals to Emily that she and Thomas were only substitutes and then with the last of her strength shoved a handful of red seeds into Emily’s mouth screaming that George only loved Emily. York springs into action and kicks Carol away and as the singer finally succumbs to her injuries York calls out to Kaysen from help.

Outside the Sheriff Department entrance York asks Kaysen to rush Emily to the hospital for a full stomach and liver cleansing. Kaysen protests and says York should come along as well but the agent declines as we have some unfinished business waiting for us back inside the building. Kaysen reluctantly drives away and warns York not to blame him if anything happens.
Kaysen’s parting words are a bit odd given the circumstances don’t you think? York obviously has to find George before anyone else is killed surely Kaysen can handle a short drive to the hospital on his own? What’s with the guilt trip dude?
